CAMPSITE CANCELLATIONS

Due to a change with our credit card company, some users are getting messages when trying to cancel a campsite or lodge rental that the refund cannot be refunded at that time. WHEN this occurs, you must call in or email your cancellation request to the main office. It needs to be done before the cancellation policy ends, M- F from 8am-4pm. 

Please note, this is only when the error occurs when a user tries to cancel. Some users might not have this problem and can cancel on their own.
